Fresh off from graduating with a First Class Honours in Bakery and Patisserie Technology, Holly Weeks started up bakery The Loaf Shack to continue her passion of producing artisanal breads from natural methods.
Bread-wise, you can expect white and wholemeal sourdough loaves; and seeded, white, and wholemeal tinned loaves. Not to mention plenty in the way of scones, quiches, sausage rolls, cinnamon swirls, raisin twists, and suchlike.
Baking fresh bread, adding to her repertoire, and picking up more and more regular customers has meant Holly’s dreams, in her own words, “keep coming true”.
Holly also hosts sourdough workshops from her bakery in Thickwood (between Bath and Chippenham).
