I first learnt to cook in my father’s restaurant in Australia, but on my travels in Europe I picked up a small job in Biarritz in a small bakery. They said I had a natural ability for pastry, so the rest is history!
Now making a range of sweet tarts including custard,bakewell,citron,frangipane and fruit pies.
