Godminster has become something of an institution in the Somerset countryside. Their creamy organic milk is from their own herd of ‘Godminster Girls’, as they call them, along with other British organic dairy farmers sharing their sustainable and regenerative credentials. After all, Godminster’s mantra is “Nature repays those who treat her kindly.”
Most people recognise Godminster however for their sharp vintage cheddar presented in black wax – truly one of Somerset’s finest.
