Though more used to cooking in restaurant kitchens and at private events, chef Maria Sullivan’s lastest pursuit – that of pie-making – has quickly earned her a growing group of fans.
Maria specialises in pithivier-style pies made with local ingredients from nature-friendly farms, including Stokes Marsh Farm, Langley Chase Organic, Creedy Carver, and Westcombe Dairy.
When the summer comes around – and ‘pie weather’ noticably subsides – find her cooking up pasties, picnic pies, or similar.
