42 Acres is a regenerative estate running on 100% renewable energy. On the 173 acres of our land we practise a mixture of agriculture and re-wilding ,’agriwilding’.
This means that we are home to many wild species including beaver. We tend and haarvest many wild foods from the land and practice organic and biomimicry principles to tend to our mushrooms and bees. We take the greatest care to work in ways that are sympathetic and in harmony with the land.
We preserve using a blend of ancient and indigenous knowledge with new technology to create highly medicinal,nutrient dense foods.
