Wild Ferments, headed up by Frome resident Helen, produces small batch gut-friendly foods including ferments, hot sauces, cheong (fruit syrup), and kefir ice cream – a refreshing ensemble especially in a world dominated by UPFs.
Where possible, ingredients are sourced locally, and processed either on site at Helen’s home or at 42 Acres’ solar-powered Tiny Kitchen.
