The Sausage Shed is based in Walronds Park, Isle Brewers, in the heart of the beautiful Somerset countryside.
Ivan Thompson, the proud owner of The Sausage Shed, has been in the butchery trade since 1985 and still uses his original sausage recipe. He prides himself on providing the highest quality pork products, made by hand using locally sourced, free-range ingredients and traditional methods.

We work hard to ensure that the same quality and attention to detail is available not only for our retail customers but also to our trade customers. It is important to us that Sausage Shed products remain synonymous with top quality, local produce, no matter where they are served.
Our service to you
We have a wide range of pork cuts and sausages made from the best, local ingredients. Pigs are picked from local farms and all of them are reared free-range and outdoors on Somerset farms.
