Somerset Cheese Company specialises in making hard and semi hard, traditional style cheeses from goat, sheep, buffalo and cows milk.

Our cheeses are naturally mould rinded and are made using vegetarian rennet. They are all hand made with care and attention to detail using quality milk straight from the farmer.
