Tom and Sarah run a smallholding in Hilperton, just outside Trowbridge, and originally set out to produce the best food they could for family and friends.
These days, that extends to the local community too, with a range of produce from cured meats to grass-fed Shetland beef.
At the market, you can expect to find Knoll Farm selling their free-range pork, hens’ eggs, and microgreens, and – from time to time – free-range chicken.
