We make Coconut milk Kefir in our kitchen in arminster,Wiltshire . We take creamy coconut milk and slowly ferment it using natural milk kefir grains. After 36 hours the kefir is packed with good bacteria ,particularly Lactobacillus. We sell a weeks supply in 500ml jars and when possible smoothies on the day.
