Dorset Shellfish

Dorset Shellfish is a family business, partner and son catch the crab, lobster and fish from their own boat in Weymouth.

Caroline and daughter Stef sell the produce at farmers’ markets, food festivals and shows. The crab meat is all handpicked by them so as to make the freshest of pates, dressed crabs, soups and other savouries.
