Higher Farm is a regenerative farming project just outside Castle Cary. At its current stage of evolution, it includes a bountiful market garden, a farm shop celebrating Somerset producers, and a farm caff that transforms local and hyper-seasonal produce into delicious elevated dishes.
“We believe that if we can reconnect our food to nature, we can regenerate our food system.” says the team at Higher Farm. “We believe we can shift from our current industrial food system to a natural food system that will resolve the dramatic problems our industrial food system is causing to our health and our environment.”
