New Canopy Covers at last!
Our Original canopies which are used at Axbridge and Burnham and rented out
to Weston and Nailsea were purchased when the markets began so have sheltered our farmers from sunshine,rain and sleet for over a decade.
The generous proportions of the canopies have always been very popular with producers ,yet have been looking pretty darn shabby for quite a while!
So we have,after 3 years of careful saving managed to purchase brand new replacement umbrella and covers which can be used with the original
tripods,weights and corner poles and made the purchase much more affordable....about £6,000 instead of £9,000!
Their arrival in Axbridge caused quite a stir as they came on an articulated lorry, which managed to get wedged in Axbridges medieval square
and all kinds of traffic chaos and agitation ensued- but nothing that our canopy man Jo Vizi and the local police couldn't sort out eventually!
