After over two years in the Ashton Way Car Park while the town centre has been redeveloped, Keynsham Farmers’ Market will be celebrating the New Year with a move back to the town centre on Saturday 10th January.
Members of the market are delighted with the central Market Walk pedestrianised location which is in in a brand new development that includes a state of the art library, cafes, shops and parking facilities.
The returning market has grown considerably since it was last in the High Street. The range of stalls has increased in number and variety and, while still including favourites such as the Somerset Cheese Company, Chewton Farm and the Fishman With A Difference, now offers specialist charcuterie, local cider and local favourites – the Bath Soft Cheese Company. In the new location we will be able to accommodate all of our twenty four canopies with space to include yet more producers.
Many thanks to the loyal customers who have followed the market around Keynsham over the last ten years, from its launch in the Fear Institute, to the Clock Tower, and then to the Ashton Way Car Park.
We look forward to seeing you on 10th January and the second Saturday of each month in our new permanent location.
